What are some signs my roof needs replaced?

Roof age, leaks, missing or torn shingles, and excessive granular loss are all signs that your roof could be at the end of its life and needs replaced. If you are unsure of your roof's condition, give us a call and we can check it out for you! 


Will you work with my insurance? 

Yes! We are experienced in working with insurance agents and reading insurance paperwork. We would be more than happy to meet with an adjuster as well as go over your insurance papers with you. 


I suspect I have roof damage. Should I call my insurance agent or a roofing company first? 

If you believe you have roof damage always call a roofing professional out first. We are able to come out and inspect the damage free of charge. We will then be able to tell you if there is enough damage to submit a claim. If you call your agent first and submit a claim you may be penalized for doing so. 


Do you offer roof inspections?

We do! For a written report, which is often needed for real estate transactions the cost is $100. If a homeowner is just wanting to know the condition of their roof and is not requiring a written report the inspection is free of charge. 


Is a deposit required?

We require a 50% deposit in order to begin work on replacing your roof. The balance is then due upon receipt of your invoice. 


What kind of warranty does Gardner Roofing offer?

We offer a 5 year labor warranty on composition shingles. Our shingle manufacturers offer warranties ranging from 25-50 years.
