From a young age, he worked along-side his father Walt learning the ins and outs of the roofing world. Meet Our Team
Lee Gardner
President
Lee was born in Topeka and graduated from Seaman High School. After high school he began roofing full time. He took over Gardner Roofing from his father in 1990 and then became incorporated in 1998.
He and his wife Christina have 3 grown children who also live in Topeka. Lee enjoys playing cards and spending time with his family.
Bryce Merriam
Estimator
Bryce was born in Pittsburgh, PA but moved to Topeka in 2009 to play hockey. After graduating from college in NY, he moved back to Topeka and began working at Gardner in 2013. He and his wife Sarah have a German Shepard named Princess. Bryce enjoys playing hockey, and spending time with his wife and dog.
Terry Haag
Project Manager
Terry was born and raised in Topeka and graduated from Topeka High School. In 2010 he started his career at Gardner Roofing. He and his wife Christina have two teenage children named Ellie and Robert. In his free time Terry enjoys working on cars, boating with his wife and children and fishing.
LeighAnn Cooksley
Office Manager
LeighAnn was born in Topeka and is the daughter of owners Lee and Christina. She began working at the family business in 2014 and holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing from Washburn University. LeighAnn enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and their two sons.
